These terms and conditions govern the use and redemption of the House introduction credits, to be received by you on receipt of your payment of the House introduction fee, for you to purchase food and beverage items, and bedroom stays, at the Houses in accordance with the terms below (“House introduction credits”).
Use of your House introduction credits constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions and the accompanying House introduction credits FAQs which can be found at https://www.sohohouse.com/faq/house-introduction-credits (the “FAQs”) and which are between you and the Soho House company which looks after your local House (“Soho House”). Your House introduction credits can be used for a period of three (3) months from the date they are issued to you (the “Usage Period”) at any of the Houses worldwide (but excluding Soho House Istanbul, Soho House Tel Aviv and Soho House Mumbai), and only against the following: (a) bedroom stays at the applicable Houses, subject to availability and the bedroom booking terms and conditions found at www.sohohouse.com/terms-and-policies/room-booking-conditions; and (b) food and beverage purchases in the applicable Houses (and which, for the avoidance of doubt, excludes food and beverage purchases in any London Soho House public restaurants including but not limited to 180 Garden, Pizza East Portobello, Cecconi’s, High Road Brasserie, and Cafe Boheme etc.). For the avoidance of doubt and as further provided for in these terms and conditions, your House introduction credits must be used by the date of expiry of the Usage Period. Any unused House introduction credits will expire at the end of the Usage Period.
Please note that if you wish to use your House introduction credits for bedroom stays, they must be used for stays taken during the Usage Period, and you will not be able to redeem them against any bedroom stays/parts of bedroom stays which you have already paid for prior to your House introduction credits being issued to you.
Please note that if you spend your House introduction credits on food and beverage items in the Houses, your House introduction credits may be used to cover any service charge and tips on your bill.
Unless otherwise provided in these terms and conditions, any of your outstanding House introduction credits will automatically expire at the end of the Usage Period, at which point they can no longer be spent. If your membership is terminated by Soho House, any of your outstanding House introduction credits will immediately expire on the date of termination of your membership and you will no longer be able to use them.
