We’ll be raising a glass to the upcoming opening of our first Southeast Asia House – but first, here’s how to make the local favourite at home

The opening of Soho House Bangkok is around the corner, and we can’t wait to lounge in the Pool Garden. The club, which has been created for Thailand’s creative community, reflects Bangkok’s rich cultural heritage and life in the city with indoor and outdoor spaces. To complement the setting, we have a new signature cocktail made with fresh fruity flavours. Introducing the Pandan Colada.
The cocktail is a refreshing poolside drink, made using local ingredients. It’s inspired by a Thai dessert called Kanom Krok (also known as Thai Coconut Pancakes), with coconut milk as a main ingredient.
Check out the recipe below.

Pandan Colada
60ml Pandan rum
20ml condensed coconut milk
30ml coconut water
60ml fresh pineapple juice
15ml fresh lime juice
Pandan leaf, for garnish
Method
1. Mix all of the ingredients in a blender (without ice).
2. Pour the drink into a tall glass with crushed ice.
3. Garnish with a fresh pandan leaf.
