Our highlights from around the Houses this week

All week, our Houses around the world have been busy bringing you the best events to enjoy and connect with fellow members, from intimate dinners to parties and performances. For the second week in a row, live music stole the show with festival afterparties in Hong Kong and a Soho Presents at 180 House in London.

Clockenflap afterparties at Soho House Hong Kong, supported by Bacardí
Clockenflap is an annual music and arts festival in Hong Kong. This year, the Arctic Monkeys, Phoenix and FKJ headlined. For Soho House members and friends, the live music continued back at the House with four major afterparties supported by Bacardí. 

On Friday, Uptown Rockers, Mengzy and Just Bee took the stage in collaboration with OMNI, while over in the Pool Room two of the best new and rising rappers, Dragon Town and Trap House, impressed the crowd in our latest edition of Secret Sounds. The afterparties continued on Saturday with VNWave, Jayme, Fergus and Immuno in collaboration with Mixmag Asia, and another Secret Sounds with international Seoul-based collective THüR x UNBORN SOUNDS. 

More than 2,000 members, guests and friends of Bacardí joined us at the House for this music-fuelled weekend. 

Inaugural Cities Without Houses dinner, Birmingham
Last week, the Cities Without Houses community expanded to Birmingham in the UK. We welcomed new members by hosting a three-course dinner accompanied by iconic Soho House cocktails, plus non-alcoholic drinks from Pentire and Lucky Saint at The Bond. Members and guests sipped and dined alongside the Birmingham canal in the refurbished Victorian warehouse.

Local muralist and interior stylist Richard O’Gorman produced custom photobooth postcards, while successful Birmingham-born brand Gymshark gifted members take-home goodies.

Soho Presents: Ezra Collective in partnership with Bacardí, 180 House
London-based jazz artists Ezra Collective delivered an inspiring set at 180 House in London with a special Soho Presents show supported by Bacardí.

Playhouse Lounge in partnership with St-Germain at Soho House Berlin
Chiqui Love, the founder of Berlin Strippers Collective, brought the Playhouse Lounge to Soho House Berlin for an evening of cabaret. Music from singer, performer and violinist Marta Karta accompanied provocative performances for an evening of decadence and glamour supported by St-Germain.

Tropical Holi at Soho House Mumbai
We delved deep into colourful vibes at our 12-hour tropical Holi party on the rooftop of Soho House Mumbai this week, with sounds by Desiree Saldo and special Bollywood tunes by Naveed Pirani. There was also a mandala art workshop for the little ones and a full moon sound bath by Punita Kadam to celebrate the Hindu festival.
