Environment

We set goals to become net zero on carbon emissions, reduce waste, protect our surroundings, and source ethically. So far this year, we’ve made progress towards these goals, here are the highlights:
• We increased global sites separating food waste by 20%, meeting our 2022 goal early
• Resourcing a circular design economy, we redistributed more than 250 pieces of furniture and fabric to artists and charitable organisations across London
• With 850,000 Picantes expected to be sold in 2022, we launched our Picante De La Casa Hot Sauce – diverting chilli offcuts from our House Favourite cocktail garnish into a zero food waste solution

Social

We strengthened our commitment to help people from underrepresented and lower socioeconomic backgrounds into the creative industries, as well as D&I, our team wellbeing and development, and to make a positive impact in our local communities. Our highlights from this quarter include:
• Continued growth in Soho Mentorship and Soho Fellowship, with 34 programmes running globally and 17 new cities launched in 2022
• Our creative access programmes have helped over 900 young people to flourish in the creative industries
• New partnerships with: Grenfell Athletic FC for Soho Mentorship, and The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for Soho Fellowship
